Shoeless

A project similar in nature to our first shoe project, but with greater ease and facilitation. This project reminded us that traders who exploit circumstances and act selfishly are a minority: most people are keen to be part of charitable work and exemplify ethical business conduct.

After witnessing the credibility of our work in the first shoe project (which you can find on the Completed Projects page), a trader reached out to inquire whether we had any plans for another shoe distribution project. He offered to provide us with a large quantity of shoes at a special price and agreed to take his share without the usual exchange commission, which typically ranges from 25% to 35%.

After thorough consultation and verification, we found that people were indeed still in need of this type of footwear. The trader’s smooth and cooperative approach made it easier for us to make the decision and proceed with the project. We witnessed the joy of the beneficiaries through photos, videos, and testimonials, which are continuously experienced and shared with us by Mohammed (one of the founders of Impossible Light).

This time, we were able to give away 150 shoes.
