We receive numerous private, urgent requests from families who do not have the money or ability to get food, shelter, water, clothes for children, and so on. Although it is challenging to meet the needs of every family that reaches out to our team personally, we strive to take on the responsibility and fulfill as many requests as possible. Behind every story and every photo we receive lies a struggle that may be even more difficult than we can imagine. When we stand beside these friends, they continue to hold onto hope and dignity, knowing that there are people who care about them and genuinely wish them well.
